Participation in this event requires that you are in good medical condition to safely take part in all yoga, meditation, and breathwork sessions, as well as extended walks in the salt pans. Please ensure that you meet these requirements before joining.

You will arrive around 3 PM and take a scenic 1 km walk into the vast, open salt pans to reach their overnight camp.
As the sun begins to dip, you will unwind with a guided one-hour session, allowing you to connect with the stillness of the surroundings. The session concludes just before sunset, setting the stage for a breathtaking view of the golden horizon.
Afterward, you will enjoy sundowners, a delicious supper prepared by the camp chef, and a peaceful night sleeping under a canopy of stars in the heart of the pans.
After breakfast, guests embark on a 15–20 km walk to the second campsite, immersing themselves in the vastness of the salt pans.
The journey is broken up with a mid-morning tea break, lunch, and an afternoon tea break, allowing moments of rest and reflection. Throughout the day, silent sound baths enhance the experience, deepening the connection with nature. As the sun sets, guests participate in a one-hour session incorporating yin-yang balancing, five-element breathwork, and Tao yoga.
The evening continues with sundowners, a nourishing supper, and meditation, before unwinding through restorative practices and a peaceful sleep under the stars.
